We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect. The owners were absolutely lovely, so warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. They even gave me a lift to the train station when I was leaving, which saved me from dragging my suitcase over cobblestones in the heat. Such a kind gesture! The room itself was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly (a real bonus in summer), and there was a huge patio off the room that was perfect for relaxing. They’d thought of everything: snacks, breakfast items, coffee, water, you name it. The location is ideal too, peaceful yet just a short walk from the heart of Alba and several great cafes and restaurants near it. I only wish I could have stayed longer. This place is a real gem and I’d absolutely stay again!
