He not only helped us contact Hertz which kept ringing through, but also offered to personally drive us to the train station in Bra at 6.40am to catch the 7.30am train to Turin so we could pick up a replacement car. His sincere concern and dedication to help us resolve our car issue; his excellent dining & artisan gastronomic shop recommendations in nearby towns like Verduno, Serralunga and Alba; and pointing us to La Morra's bakery off the main road made us look forward to each new day. It was truly remarkable how he was dedicated in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze with Roberto; he was always prompt and helpful in responding to our questions via WhatsApp. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, location, amenities, and especially for Roberto's outstanding service and exceptional hospitality.

I really loved my stay- such a charming place and Remo went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely time. I will come back for sure.

Super cozy vineyard! Delicious wine and great food in a fantastic setting. The building is beautiful, and the pool is magical – perched high with views over the vineyards. The apartment was well-equipped, and everything felt new and fresh. The breakfast was also excellent. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!
