Exactly what we wanted and the photos a true representation. We decided to go for cozy, comfortable, clean, mid-town though close enough to the beach ⛱ and we got exactly that. The staff was friendly and helpful. The VERY BEST breakfast... during our stay in Italy. We must congratulate and commend the team. The croissants and lemon smoothies over and above the already delicious delectable breakfast. Every night, we walked from Old Town Monterosso to New Town Monterosso, amazingly beautiful, relaxing and romantic .... a walk one will NEVER TIRE off. I am convinced we chose the best hotel and the best town in Cinque Terre, as we wanted to be able to take long walks along the beach, in a setting allowing one to rest, relax - starting the day, being spoiled with an outstanding breakfast...... traveling the five stunningly enchanting towns of Cinque Terre.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Parking was great. 10 minute drive to Portovenere.

Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The property is non-smoking and is situated 29 km from Carrara Convention Center. We loved how close the property was to the train station. Easy 10 minute walk. It also was close to the main shops, castle, the port, and places to eat. Our host, Matteo, was wonderful!

This recently renovated apartment is located 1.2 km from Technical Naval Museum and 400 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from La Spezia Centrale Train Station. The communication with the host prior to my arrival was excellent. When arrived, Giulia was there to give me the key, she was very kind and professional. The apartment is located two blocks from the train station, making it perfect to explore this beautiful part of Italy. It was quiet, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I can only put a 10, if I could I would rate them even more than that, I totally recommend this place!!!

Loft Nineteen Apartment is set in La Spezia, 29 km from Carrara Convention Center, 1.1 km from Technical Naval Museum, as well as 300 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Castello San Giorgio is 600 metres away. It was in a great location, right in the heart of La Spezia AND close to the train station. The entire apartment was terrific.
