The location is excellent, all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Katia is a true host, who prepares breakfast and keeps the room tidy with such care and love. We had a great chat during breakfast. Since my boyfriend couldn't travel with me, he wanted to surprise me with a bouquet of flowers - Katia even took care of that! The location is great, close to the station and the old town! The room itself was very comfortable, spacious and clean; and it had a small balcony. Also the bathroom was big, new, and equally very clean. Flavio was very welcoming and friendly, and the communication before and during my trip was always quick. I really enjoyed my stay and would always come back. :)
