A wonderful hotel with an onsen — truly cozy and peaceful. The onsen is deeply relaxing, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. We were left with the warmest impressions and would happily return again.

She goes out of her way for all her guests in all facets of their stay. The great location, close to the train station, and free ski and snowboard rental gear are added bonuses.
