He also mentioned about potential harassments that tourists may face while navigating the Median and how to handle them. Quite helpful indeed. Above all, I felt Youssef showed genuine care and attention towards his guests, as opposed to superficial performative gestures one encountered in most establishments nowadays. A rare find indeed. I would definitely stay there again should I go back to Fez. Highly recommended!

We had the Layla Suite which overlooks the entire Medina, the terrace is absolutely fantastic, Jihane, Samira, Hayat and Abdul have outstanding service, they took care of preparing a surprise for my husband’s birthday and made us so happy, they even organized our day with a guide and offered us freshly squire Ed juice every time they saw us We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was out of the world, WOW what an experience Thank you for making us so happy We will be back every year
