I can’t say enough good things about our experience, especially thanks to the Yosif . From the moment we arrive we found him in parking wait for as and walked in to riad, they greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help with our bags. Throughout our stay, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable, helped us with restaurant reservations,tour, shopping ,and even gave us tips for hidden local secrets . You could tell they genuinely cared about each guest’s experience. That level of service really set this hotel apart. The property was clean, quiet, calm… It was further away from the center of Fès which was perfect because the city was too noisy. After a long day in the city we were able to relax in this beautiful place. The garden also was clean and taken care off you can have a nice breakfast with a view of the pool. There were cats so cute so we brought them food so they could join us. The host is an amazing lady and she made sure that we were comfortable. Everything is already there so no need to take your hair dyer and so on… me and my family loved it !

The entrance was a bit hard to find. The room was very clean, comfortable. The hosts were amazing, the family is very nice and they cooked us dinner which was the best local tajine and harira soup we ate during our trip. We had to leave for our flight very early but our host get up and helped us and called a taxi for us. Everything was super nice, I would live to come back here!

The location is amazing. So close to the Blue gate and there are many tasty restaurants around. The breakfast was also amazing, you tell the yine and they prepare for you. And the most important one; it is very clean. They clean everyday! We were staying on the top floor so everything was amazing, very suspicious room and very silent.
