The air-conditioned accommodation is 47 km from Roman Temple of Evora. The accommodation provides private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking for guests. Nice spacious appartement, very nice interior, fully equipped, everything very clean, towels soft and well- smelling. Even more, there was - besides local cookies for us - salt, sogar, oil, pepper, Nescafé and milk provided fir the first breakfast. Quiet village with nice taverns ( O Besugo preferred).

24 km from El Corte Ingles, Quinta do Freixo is a recently renovated property set in Elvas and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. With garden views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests. Upon arrival we had high hopes for the week long stay we booked for our family. The cottages themselves are lovely. But the rest of our stay was a disaster.

The pool is heated and provides a perfect space to spend an afternoon. Our dog, Maddi, was welcomed and able to go everywhere, which is such a rarity for hotels in Portugal. Breakfast was consistently delicious during our stay. My husband had the pork cheeks for dinner via room service and was very impressed! Thank you to the owners for creating such a lovely space for us to stay.

The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Represa. The guest house has family rooms. Two weary cyclists arrived for one night. We were delighted! Ines—one of the owners— is warm and welcoming. Our room was splendid—comfortable, lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. Breakfast was perfect—obrigado Patricia! We liked this beautiful Solar ( a former school where Ines was a schoolgirl—how cool!) so much that we stayed one more night! My friend left for work in Lisboa and I stayed for a third night! One night turned into three because it is so delightful! I have cycled 94,000+km around the world and have stayed at well over 1000+ hotels around the world on every continent except Antarctica—Solar Dos Frades is one of the best! Obrigado Ines! Simply put, this is the best facility we've stayed in throughout our time in Portugal! Facility was extremely clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good and filling! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
