Boasting free bikes and views of city, The Homeboat Company Albufeira is a recently renovated boat situated in Albufeira, 1 km from Praia da Baleeira. Everything was really perfect - except the cold and rainy weather in December which was certainly out of control of the boad company. As rates in the low season are exceptionally low compared to the summer period I prolonged my stay twice. The breakfast basket was amazing.

Gorgeous and spacious townhouse. Fantastic beds. More bathrooms than we needed (with Occitane toiletries). Nespresso capsules for the morning coffee provided. A huge pool. And the staff is really lovely.

This country house features an outdoor swimming pool and is located a 5-minute drive from Tavira. Casa Branca is a 15-minute drive from the harbour connecting with Tavira Island and the beach. Spacious room with air con. Modern bathroom. Excellent safe parking on site. Great pool area. Staff were very helpful. Delicious cold food buffet breakfast. Coffees free at any time.

Situated in the centre of Sagres, this hotel offers self-catering apartments with balconies 500 metres from the Atlantic Coast. Very friendly staff, very clean, all good would recommend.

Vila Luz offers self-contained accommodation overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from a cliff among landscaped gardens. Spacious room with nice views, good breakfast and friendly staff!

12 km from Church of São Lourenço, Casa do Belé is a recently renovated property set in Faro and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The place itself was nice enough. Everything was pretty new.

Verdelago Resort has a garden, a restaurant and a sun terrace with swimming pool and buffet breakfast in Praia Verde. Offering a bar, the property is located within 1 km of Alagoa Beach. Beautiful scenery, peaceful location but close enough to easily access many cultural and social activities. The resort has been constructed in a way which blends in with the surrounding environment and nature, which provides the perfect backdrop for rest and also exercise in the outdoors. We loved being able to have a game of tennis or paddle if we felt like it, or just a stroll or cycle around the resort or to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were so attentive, professional and friendly. We’d like to particularly thank Patricia for really listening to what we were looking for and providing advice on things to do and see that suited us. The restaurant and bar staff were also all excellent and we loved the cocktail making workshop. Thank you!

Located in Faro, 26 km from Vilamoura Marina, 28 km from Island of Tavira and 43 km from Algarve Shopping Center, Birdy House provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Everything, spacious, cosy, well located, had everything you might need for a long or short stay. The owner turned the aircon before arrival so the house was warm when we arrived and there is a big car park at the end of the street just two minutes walking. Also communication with the owner was faultless and check-in /checkout was as easy as it can get

Set in Olhão, 18 km from Island of Tavira and 19 km from Church of São Lourenço, Arty Vintage Townhouse with Rooftop Shower & Sun Loungers offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free... This was one of my favourite stays. The apartment was exceptionally clean (spotless), cosy and comfortable—really felt like home. Check-in was smooth and everything we needed was provided. The location is perfect for exploring Olhão: close to the ferry terminal, the train station and the waterfront. Highly recommended.
