This is the first time I give 10/10 to a hotel. The staff is so helpful and nice, the breakfast buffet is delicious, everything is new and automated, super clean and environmental. The gym, the decoration, the location, you name it, everything is simply wonderful. Special thanks to each and every single one of you for being soo amazing and making us feel like home. This hotel has invested to much in employees and hospitality for sure and I have so much respect!

The reception staff was amazing, super friendly and gave us all the neccesary tips to go round Porto and enjoy the key attractions for the short time we had in Porto. Greatly recommended.
