Pet friendly (they gave us bowls and a blanket to keep) and super helpful and kind staff. Location is in the centre which makes everything easy to reach by foot. All facilities clean. The pool is small but warm and when we went, we were all alone. The hammam and sauna are great too and very enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional - huge variety even for vegans. The champagne and treats on arrival are also a nice touch!

The location is excellent: very close to major attractions, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Communication during check-in was quick and helpful, and the host was very responsive, which really helped us a lot. Thank you very much for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Our room was clean, had a nice view, was warmly decorated, and met all our needs. The bathroom was well-designed to meet requirements and was of sufficient size.

We had a premium room which was very large, king sized bed was extremely comfortable and we used the indoor pool and sauna. Was a great central location with lots of restaurants. Two minute walk to Clerigos tower and 15 minute walk to river.

This was a beautiful place! We stayed several days. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I’ll definitely return.
