The location, about a fifteen minute bus ride on 24A bus to the main part of the city, was beside a lake and also serviced by an excellent shopping mall, about five minutes walk from apartments. Great supermarket and I even found a new battery charger for phone when mine had failed. Excellent, helpful staff changed my room on request to a higher floor to improve outlook to lake. Clean modern, good parking underneath and everything I needed for my two nights in the city. Even my favourite English Breakfast tea bags and a kettle for a cup of tea. I could not fault Il Lago. Also easy to find with large sign on apartments which helps in a foreign city. Everything perfect !

Free WiFi and free parking are provided. Very nice hotel. There are several large parking lots. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The rooms are large and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is more than perfect. The breakfast was also very good. The outdoor pool is large and well-arranged. The spa center is perfect. We have no complaints. We liked it.
