The owner was incredibly kind and caring, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. While the hotel isn’t located in the downtown area, they offer convenient transport for 300 SEK, which was really helpful. The location is excellent—just across from the famous Ice Hotel and an extra 20-minute walk to the reindeer sites from the Ice Hotel. They also arrange various activities, making it a great spot for those looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation. The atmosphere was so peaceful that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a cozy and personalized experience in nature!

The architecture, inspired by local heritage, blends seamlessly with the environment, creating a luxurious yet cozy experience. The staff at Niehku were not just friendly but genuinely attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms, though not large, were elegantly designed, providing all the comforts one could ask for after a day in the mountains. The sauna, with its panoramic views, was a highlight, offering a serene way to unwind. Dining at Niehku was a culinary delight; the menu focused on local ingredients, with dishes that were both hearty and sophisticated. The wine selection was equally impressive, perfectly complementing the meals. Simply relaxing by the fireplace after a day in the mountain was such a nice experience. What stood out was the personal touch in every aspect, from the bespoke adventures to the warm, home-like atmosphere of the villa.

Arctic Gourmet Cabin se nachází v destinaci Kiruna a má restauraci, pokojovou službu, bar, zahradu, terasu, venkovní gril a výhled na jezero. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. Staying at the Icehotel in Sweden was a fantastic experience! The beautifully crafted ice rooms and stunning sculptures created a magical atmosphere. We stayed in the warm part of the Icehotel in a cozy cabin lodge, and it was a fantastic experience! The lodge was perfectly clean, beautifully designed, and provided a warm and comfortable retreat after exploring the icy surroundings. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the location was ideal for enjoying all the amazing activities like dog sledding, snowmobiling, and ice sculpting. A must-do experience for anyone visiting the Arctic. Highly recommended!
