Arctic Colors Northern Lights Apartments ligger i Porjus. Der er gratis wi-fi og privat parkering på stedet. There was no breakfast service. The location is good. It is easy to reach and the lakeview is wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable. The host is very friendly.

Aurora Lakeside Cabin Altajärvi ligger ca. 18 km fra Kiruna Bus Station. Her er gårdhave, kedel og bjergudsigt.

Niehku Mountain Villa ligger i Riksgränsen, 43 km fra Narvik Museum, og har et fitnesscenter, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. Exceptional service start to finish + setting and facilities to match. Dinner and breakfast experience were both divine. Cocktails were both unique and exquisite. We were only there 1 night to break up a longer journey, but intend to stay longer next time to enjoy the experiences they offer i.e. skiing, snow mobile excursions etc. Bonus = best gym I've seen in a hotel.

Lovely house in Abisko ligger i Abisko og har en gårdhave samt gratis wi-fi. Dette landsted har en have og gratis privat parkering. The home was perfect for our stay. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry and drying room was great. And the SAUNA was the best!

Hos Arctic Gourmet Cabin i Kiruna er der udsigt til søen, gratis cykler, en have, en terrasse, en restaurant og en bar. Både wi-fi og privat parkering tilbydes gratis hos lodgen. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Scandic Kiruna ligger i Kiruna, 5,7 km fra Kiruna Station. Dette overnatningssted med 4 stjerner har en bar. Overnatningsstedet har en restaurant, gratis cykler, et fitnessrum og en sauna. Et virkelig dejligt hotel. Lækkert indrettet og dejlig atmosfære.

Situated in Jukkasjärvi in northern Sweden, IceHotel features rooms entirely made out of sculptured ice from the neighbouring Torne River. Warm rooms are also offered. We’re huge fans of this hotel. Over the past year, we’ve stayed three times and have experienced every type of room they offer. For adventure lovers, it’s simply fantastic. This time, we came especially for river rafting and gravel biking to enjoy Kiruna’s summer. Compared to the winter season, the atmosphere was much quieter, with a completely different vibe. It almost feels like you have the entire hotel to yourself—which is incredible. When it comes to the rooms, if you’re mainly there for the tours, any option will do. But if you’ve never stayed in an ice room, it’s an absolute must. Since we had already tried both the Deluxe and Art Suites before, this time we opted for a warm room(kamoos hotel room) , which worked perfectly. Before we stayed in a kamoos deluxe warm room and comparing to that, only significant difference was the comfiness of the bed. Pillows and mattress could be better. Also there was no mini fridge. Again, since we were out all day long for tours, -except the mattress- those didnt matter to us. Breakfast, as always, was fantastic. They’ve even added vegan bread—kudos to the chef, it was excellent. The dinner menu was the same as in winter: pricey, but absolutely delicious. Staff is amazing as always, we seen some familiar faces from our previous stays. Mostly they are working seasonal i guess but all of them are sharing the same passion. Overall, it’s a wonderful place both in winter and summer, but in my opinion, the real highlight is the tours. They are the perfect way to discover the North, immerse yourself in the culture, and experience the wilderness. So far, every guide we’ve had has been outstanding. I believe if we join few more tours, they will convince us to move to Kiruna :)
