A beautiful little hotel on the tiny island of Donsö, with very clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is very good, and the breakfast buffet is spectacular. We happened to be there when the fiercest storm in a quarter century (Hans) hit the west coast of Sweden, so we were forced to stay inside. Isbolaget was so cozy and comfortable that we were happy to do so, even though we didn’t get to explore the island and its neighbor, Styrsö. The staff is warm and helpful as well.

We traveled in early september and as there weren't many guests, our room was upgraded for free and we could sleep in the apartment. The apartment was very spacios and the kitchen was fully stocked. Our balcony had a great view of the farm. The breakfast was good value, not too many options but perfectly fine, the breakfast room was really cute.
