We stayed one night in a double room and were very pleased. we LOVED the room's balcony (with excellent lounge-y chairs!) overlooking town, certainly one of the best views in Juayua (a volcano or two was supposed to be in sight but sadly the weather was gray / foggy). There seemed to be only two shared bathrooms but we didn't encounter times when they were both occupied simultaneously. Staff is very friendly and we felt very welcome.

Staying at this beautiful and comfortable house was an incredible experience. Its convenient location near the Ruta de las Flores made exploring the area very easy. The house was spotless and well-maintained, and the backyard garden, filled with exotic plants and flowers, created a truly relaxing atmosphere. What made my stay even more special were the hosts, Elena and her son William. They are among the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met. They warmly welcomed me upon arrival and made sure I had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommended

The owner and his family were extremely welcoming & friendly to all guests. It was almost like we weren't guests but rather family during my stay. Internet was very strong. Kitchen facilities where very adequate. The neighborhood is very quiet at night. Drinking water is included. I can totally see why many guests extend longer here at Bambú Hostel.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Location is perfect in this little town . 2-3 minutes walk to the mercado nocturno / central place. If you get there after hours let them know in advance. There was no one to welcome us but we wre told to take the rooms with the key in the doors. Which is totaly fine with me. Was a bit hard to find as we arrived at night but in the day really obvious! The owner is super friendly and helpful. The place is really nice an newly renovated or constructed. Good A/C. The pictures and other previous reviews reflects the reality. Will definitly chose this location next time im around !

Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The pictures do not do this gorgeous little apartment justice !! It’s very aesthetic and cosy inside with the bonus of the AC. It’s so nice to have your own kitchen to make coffee and breakfast after a stretch of staying in hotels ! The bed is comfy and the location is extremely central yet quiet. We visited most of the towns on the ruta de las flores and were very happy we chose to stay in Juayua! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. In hindsight we wish we hadn’t stayed in Santa Ana to give us longer in Juayua.
