Everything about my stay was perfect! I arrived and was immediately shown into a very clean and spacious room! The location is perfect, next to shops and close to the nice part of Sidi Bou Said. It is incredibly peaceful during the night. Not a sound!

The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! The location in Sidi bou said is very good, right in the middle. The apartment faces a dead-end street so there is no heavy passing traffic. However, there are a few shops that cause delivery & client traffic and the sound insulation is nothing great so this will be heard, starting early morning.

The place provided by the host exceeded our highest expectations. It was a true little palace. The two weeks we spent there were like the 1001 Nights fairytale. If we decide to go to Tunis again, it’ll be the only place we’ll be considering.
