The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! Right in the middle of the Carthage attractions (which are scattered over several sites), the location could not be better. It is quiet and safe, has excellent wifi and a/c. The kitchen was well equipped, with thoughtful and useful items. There is a table inside, and better still one in the small quiet courtyard area. The hosts were welcoming and accepted payment in mixed currencies (useful when we were about to leave the country). Easy street parking. Good breakfast served at the time of your choice (8 a.m. for us, it gets hotter later). All this for a very low price.

Facilities, cleanness, location. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the check-in and out very easy to do, and the place cosy and relaxing.

Located 1.2 km from Sidi Bou Said Beach and 4.1 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, Maison Lella Kmar Sidi Bou said features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, patio and seating... The property is stunning, beautiful inside and out, spacious, with attention to details and giving the vibe of a home away from home! I recommend it wholeheartedly

Set in Sidi Bou Saïd and only 800 metres from Sidi Bou Said Beach, Dar Mima Rooftop Sea View Private Jaccuzi offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Very charming house in a central location in beautiful Sidi Bou Saïd. We loved the rooftop views. Excellent value for money. Many thanks to Safa for accommodating a later arrival time than originally planned. We hope to be back!

Located 4.3 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, 700 metres from Baron d'Erlanger Palace and 1.2 km from Sidi Bou Said Park, The Blue & White Perle 2 features accommodation set in Sidi Bou... We loved it! Safe and quiet location. Everything was near. House was stylish and comfy.

The location in Sidi bou said is very good, right in the middle. The apartment faces a dead-end street so there is no heavy passing traffic. However, there are a few shops that cause delivery & client traffic and the sound insulation is nothing great so this will be heard, starting early morning.

BALKIS La RÊNE DE SABA er gististaður við ströndina í Sidi Bou Saïd, 1,2 km frá Sidi Bou Said-ströndinni og 4,2 km frá Salammbo Tophet-fornleifasafninu. We really enjoyed this apartment. It was very spacious and located on a beautiful street not far from the beach. It was really one of our highlights of our trip to Tunisia.

The place provided by the host exceeded our highest expectations. It was a true little palace. The two weeks we spent there were like the 1001 Nights fairytale. If we decide to go to Tunis again, it’ll be the only place we’ll be considering.

A beautiful Dar in the centre of Sidi Bou Said located on a quiet but accessible side street just metres from the action. The property was beautiful and would be great value for money for up to 4 people. I stayed myself but was still worth it! I was blown away by the traditional architecture and style of the property. Unfortunately I could only stay 2 nights, I’d loved to have stayed longer. The host was very hospitable and helped me arranging payment as you cannot yet pay by credit card. I didn’t have a car, but they offered me free parking pass at the car park nearby.
