This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Less than a 10-minute drive to Bursa city centre, nearby Turkey's most popular ski resort Mount Uludağ and ever enticing thermal baths, Sheraton Bursa is located in an upscale residential and office... I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.

I was there for work and needed help findind different archeological sites around town and Altu went beyond his way to guide me, drive me and show me around. Turkish hospitality at its finest. The hotel was right next to the lake, the room was comfortable, cosy and clean. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.
