This was my third time staying here, and even though we ran into a small issue during this visit, the way the staff handled it totally won us over. The room, besides being beautiful, was very large and worked perfectly for our family. The bed was excellent, the bar area very complete. We really loved everything in the hotel and we highlight the people, super attentive and nice.
