They weren’t obligated to do any of this, and it truly reflects their commitment to excellent service. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around by their responsiveness and care. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. At the end of the day, it all comes down to service—and in this regard, they truly excelled.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The house was very clean and lots of space for everyone . The beds were very comfortable. We were close to everything and would stay there again.

Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back again!

The home is very well kept and clean. The carpet is pristine. The bathrooms were well stocked. We did not have to run to the store for more tp, the kitchen was well stocked as well with utensils. Etc. The backyard is beautiful. It is amazing to wake up to the beauty of trees and nature. I highly recommend if you're looking for a slower paced retreat with nature and hiking. This was only minutes away from Donner Lake and hiking trails. It's pet friendly with dog beds and feeding trays. Made our fur babies feel right at home. The bed space was great, and bunks are very fun for kiddos. I would love to come back!
