Claudio and Valentino couldn't do enough for us, including picking us up and brining us to the property, as there was a bus strike on our day of arrival. The two of them were very friendly and helpful and Francesca followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory. The apartment is in the old part of Formello and is close to some very good restaurants. The apartment itself is decorated nicely and it was lovely to stay there. Our bedroom had a small balcony looking over the older houses in the village.

I have stayed in many places but I have never seen such a perfect family. Valeria and Roberto are both friendly and helpful. Every day they gave us information about Rome and they completed our deficiencies (our own).Especially for my son's birthday, it was a separate beauty that they bought and gave candles.As for the house, a perfect garden and an immaculate house. Do not say that there is no air conditioning, believe me you will not need air conditioning or fan. If you have a car, this is a paradise for you. I will stay here again in my next visit. My son loved it, loved the garden, used the inflatable pool😂. The house has no shortcomings, if you wish, you can leave your car and go to Rome Ostiense for 1 euro per person and start your trip from the collesium or Valle aurelio and start with a trip to the Vatican. Here is a place that seems far away when you look at it, but it is so close and in an easy location. It definitely deserves 10 points out of 10 and even more.
