It's also super close to the main promenade so you can find everything you need. Also easy to get by bus #3 from the bus station, but don't forget to get a ticket in the ticket office (can't buy in a bus). The hotel has a very nice pool and also has free sunbeds and umbrellas right on the beach so you can choose where to stay. You can also get food and beverages in the bar for a very reasonable price.
