Sometimes Hotels surprises us and this was definitely a nice Surprise. I was there in February - March 2022, Hotel was not busy but customers still get treated as best as ever. Staff is extremely polite and helpfull all the time, coffee and breakfast are a treat, cannot say about lunch & dinner as was not part of my pacakage. Giuseppe, the manager goes out of his way to help in anything you might need, exceptional! Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is great. I was a late checkin but the staff were so helpful and friendly when I arrived, even offered to help carry my bags up! The next day, I had to wait several hours before my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. The staff allowed me to hang out on their patio, had drinks and snacks and they made sure I was looked after even though I had checked out earlier that morning. Fabulous service! Breakfast was great and included! Bed was comfortable.

Everything was so clean the staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond nicest hotel I’ve been to where customer service was priority they helped with everything. They were so kind and friendly. And we’re amazing with my 1 year old. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many hotels but this one’s serviced was top tier. I cant put into words how lovely everyone was and everything was.
