Very secure area not affected by homelessness unlike downtown or the Tenderloin. Did include parking which was amazing, only 38 spots so arrive early. We arrived a bit past 4 pm on a Friday and only one spot available. Do NOT move your car while you’re visiting and empty everything out you car!
