The place was so clean! It felt so fancy and absolutely loved the plunge pool which also had a TV and mini fridge down stairs with it. The staff were so welcoming but also just gave us our space. Location was perfect, easy walk to restaurants and clothes shops, bottle shops and the beach. Close to the ferry terminal and bus stops to be able to access the whole island. The beds were comfortable! There were really no negatives, I can't wait to stay again!

The unit was bright and clean in a very central area. The pool was fresh and the area around it clean, was a pleasure to use. Liz was very welcoming and made us feel right at home, hugs all round when we left with promises to return. Huge thanks to Gareth for helping us when we had a flat battery, not only did he get us going but lent us his battery pack for the duration of our stay ‘just in case’, very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

I have not stayed at Picnic Bay on Magnetic Island before & so after this experience, I will certainly go back to that part of the island. OK. Moreover Roxanne was terrific host. Provided you have a car or bike, then the position is terrific.

The property was very private with a nice pool and chill area. The little flat we had was perfect for our stay, with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. We shared the kitchen with the hosts, which resulted in interesting chats with them and we got some inside tipps of where to go and what to see. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

La villa balinesa se encuentra en Nelly Bay, a 3,1 km del parque nacional de Magnetic Island y a menos de 1 km del puerto deportivo de Magnetic Island, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y... Dave was the most exceptional host, he was super friendly, offered to pick us up from the ferry, showed us around the home with delight and had a genuine chat with us. Not only this, but he was really flexible with the check out time! Dave's home is decked out with holiday decor, comfy chairs, beautiful patio areas and a fairytale garden. We had wine & cheese on the deck, enjoyed the beautiful outdoor shower and newly done bathroom, and had ample space in the bedrooms and kitchen (which was well stocked with cooking equipment). Despite Maggie's beautiful scenery, this home and host was the absolute highlight for us. Trust us and stay here if you're heading there!
