Boasting a garden, Hostal Cattleya is located in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno in the San Cristobal Island region, 1.1 km from Oro Beach and 1.6 km from Mann. this was the best hostel that we have been to in Ecuador by far! we felt very welcomed, the rooftop is perfect for breakfast (which is included) and also for dinner (we used the kitchen to cook), the view is amazing and there are many super relaxing hammocks. the room is cleaned/checked every day, the hosts really check if all is good and are sooo warm and welcoming. we wish we could have stayed longer.

Situated in Puerto Villamil, The Isabela Beach House provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a private beach area, a garden and a terrace. we loved being beach front. the staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast each morning outside our room was fantastic. would definitely stay here again.

Nelyza’s Suites & Adventure is a property located 1.7 km from La Estación Beach, in Santa Cruz Island. It offers bicycles on loan free of charge and free WiFi access. Perfect value for money, cozy property and super friendly owners, had a feeling that I’m a guest at my relatives’ country house:)

La Mirada del Solitario George is located in Puerto Ayora, just 4 minutes’ drive from Charles Darwin Station and next to Cazares School. Clean and quiet location. Great staff. Would stay again

Cucuve Eco Lodge is located in San Cristóbal, 6 minutes’ drive from the local airport. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with cable TV, a seating area and a patio. Alfredo and his family were lovely and the hostel was immaculately clean. Lovely garden with fruit (which I could eat), water supplied, snorkel rental and recommendations for the tours/ferries. A nice relaxing place to stay.

Capitan Max B&B is located amidst the Galápagos National Park, within Puerto Ayora. It offers free WiFi access and a 24-hour front desk service. Everything was perfect. Great rooms and perfect breakfast. The Internet works very well despite the complaints I had read about low Internet connection in the island. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Really recommend.

Drake Inn is located 3 minutes’ walk from Puerto Villamil town centre. This beach-front property features stunning sea views from the terrace and the nature area is just in the back. Amazing staff, perfect location right in front of the beach. Enjoyed the beautiful rooftops and jacuzzi
