I had a the most pleasant stay at Beechwood Guesthouse and Rez, who runs the property, has been extremely helpful looking after us and making this an excellent holiday. The cooked breakfast served was absolutely fabulous and extremely delicious. All in all I would strongly recommend this place to everyone as there are only six roms available which means it does not get crowded and consequently you can have a very relaxing holiday. I will most definitely come back and stay in this lovely place.

Newcastle city centre can be reached after a 25-minute journey on the metro or after 20 minutes' drive. Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Blyth golf courses are within 10 minutes’ drive of The Metropolitan Guest House. The rooms were very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast well exceeded my expectations.
