The location was excellent for what I needed to do in Al Ain. The breakfast was also terrific, especially the service. Ajith, Asfar, Shanel, Sandhya, and Yasir (the whole team really) went above and beyond making sure that I was settled and had everything I needed. I appreciated that. Well done.

I loved the hotel because it is very quiet, clean, and elegant. The facilities and services available are excellent. Additionally, the staff interacts in a purely professional manner with high courtesy. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Mr. Khaleem, and the rest of the staff.

It felt like a resort experience without a resort price. The room was really well laid-out, the bed was comfortable although not very large. It didn't have a kitchen, but it did have a good minifridge. Complimentary water bottles on arrival. The bathroom is giant, with two showers, and a French-style bidet. The swimming pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and steam room facilities were AMAZING. The staff were very helpful, and kindly extended our check-out time with no charge. The price of the buffet at the restaurant was a bit expensive, but if you use skip a cleaning (with the Skip & Gain tab on the doorhandle), they give you a 25 AED discount at the restaurant or gym.
