The service was always personal and friendly, this is a huge bonus for the hotel and we'd go back there for that reason. We had half board. The breakfast was delicious & always fresh, new options everyday. We loved the dinners & the presentation of the food was first class and always tasty. The hotel have a great service using #WeShowYouTheMountains, if you sign up to their daily hikes you'll be driven to the start of the hike, and includes a guide from the hotel.
