The rooms are always clean, the bed is comfortable, and the view of the river with picnic tables to sit on is a nice relaxing treat. In summer, the pool is really refreshing. All the staff, that being reception, cleaning or restaurant are happy to please you. Also, the food in the restaurant is so flavoursome, it leaves you wanting more and more. We were greeted by a lovely view of the river from our back door . The pool was lovely for an afternoon swim. To top it off the Chinese restaurant onsite had the best food and a lovely verandah overlooking the river. We watched the bird life as we had dinner and enjoyed the peace .
