Clean, cozy hotel with excellent location. Great food in the restaurant - absolutely delicious, very well presented. The breakfast was also a nice surprise! Freshly squeezed juice, big choice of fruits, good coffee. The room was very comfortable with lovely balcony and lovely view. The spa is not big, but absolutely enough and really nice! The massages! Really recommend the oxygen therapy 👌 The service in the whole hotel (reception, spa, restaurant) was very good, very kind and helpful staff. We liked the place really a lot and hopefully will come back soon.

The house exceeded all expectations. It had a breathtaking view, a very pleasant pool (a bit too much chlorine, but perfect temperature), an exquisite outdoor Jacuzzi for chilly evenings, and all the necessary and unnecessary amenities (two kitchens, a laundry machine, and dryer, etc.). The hostess was extremely pleasant.

Very quiet place, near the center of the town, there is parking spots in the complex and near it. Good size of the bedrooms and living room. The house has lovely patio with comfortable sitting area. There is a small kitchen with fridge, oven, stove. There is a barbeque area in the complex that can be used as well. There is a supermarket just 50m away from the complex and a new, bigger supermarket is being build just across the street. The two swimming pools with mineral water are really nice and clean - not very big but there is enough space for all the guests.

Great location. Near the restaurants and several bars. Public aquapark is about 15 minutes walking. But you don't need it with available hotel spa zone. Amazing spa facilities as for the small family hotel. There are hydromassage bath and infrared sauna available at the site besides mineral pool with naturally hot water! We were provided with bath robes for free :)

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The restaurant served delicious food. The room offered an excellent view of the mountains, which was truly breathtaking. The spa was spotless. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully maintained green area (and an outdoor swimming pool) adding to the overall serene and peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to picturesque 7 lakes. Highly recommended!

    Amazing location, nice hotel, small swimming pool though. The food (dinner) was very nice. At the breakfast we could order and they made it then so it was fresh and nice. The waitress didn't speak English, so it was a bit difficult and didn't get exactly what we ordered, but who cares, it was nice enough.

    Everything. Unforgettable location on top of a hill with amazing 360 views of the Rila mountains. Great base from which to explore the multiple hiking trails including the memorable Seven Rila Lakes. Excellent service, exhaustive spa facilities with multiple saunas, salt room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, well outfitted game room and gym. Wonderful breakfast and high end restaurant offering. Recommend highly and will definitely visit again.

    The rooms were modern and very clean. The view to the mountain was spectacular. The outdoor swimming pool was nicely heated and all the other facilities like indoor pool, jakuzi, sauna were clean and modern. Breakfast was nice selection. Meals at restaurant were tasty and nicely prepared. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.
