She went above and beyond to make our holiday as perfect as it could be. The accommodation is fairly basic but has everything you need. The surrounding gardens and pool area are beautiful and well cared for. The house is a short walk from the bus stop and from there you can easily get to anywhere on the island. Sabrina gave us an unbelievable experience for our first trip to Bermuda. It was like staying with family. She always gave us the feeling that she cared about us and our vacation. Our party occupied 3 units and we had the pool to ourselves every night. She has an amazing knowledge of Bermuda that I can't imagine we could have gotten with anyone else. On day one, she sat with me for at least 30 minutes to give me loads of information on the island, which came in very handy when the rest of my family arrived on the island. The room I had was very comfortable with a bed, small table, kitchen unit and bathroom and air conditioning. As a solo traveller, it was plenty of room for me. She also was a great help when we need to make a reservation at nearby restaurant. She was never far away if needed. The personal touch provided by Tom and Larry and their entire team was excellent, they all really wanted you to have a memorable stay. The hotel itself is set in beautiful surroundings, the rooms were big, clean could be a tad updated, however, the services provided certainly made up for that.
