Rustic feel of the room gave a Belizean and camp feel, very high ceilings and wood trim. River view was gorgeous. Pool area was very nice and clean. Food at the restaurant was very good. Could hear and see several different bird species. Very quiet and secluded. Not many other people on the property. The number of birds was amazing. The free use of canoes was an unexpected perk I wish we could have made use of. The bathroom was beautiful and modern. Sheets and bed were comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice, clean and comfortable temperature. Food and drinks were good - would have been fun to have a drink/food special or happy hour offered. Rooms were very nice and good AC.
