At check-in, staff offered an upgrade to a larger room at a reduced rate. It was on the quieter side of the hotel. It had a separate sitting room and dining area with facilities to heat food, if required. The hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was extremely helpful.

the location is good. the hotel is in Banff downtown and we can walk through the town easily and the hotel has his own parking so it is very comfortable. and the location is beside the river so we have a wonderful view behind the hotel.

Renovation work will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Everything was clean, staff were very helpful. Beautiful restaurant inside the hotel called the Keg. They even offered room service ! Pool down stairs was amazing. Short walk to town but there’s a bus every 5 mins which is perfect.
