Amazing boutique hotel that exceeded expectations. A lovely welcome gift awaited us in the room which was a lovely surprise. The staff went above and beyond to assist with all our needs. Bonus discount vouchers for neighbouring restaurants made dinner a pleasant experience. Lovely pool to relax and unwind at. Delicious breakfast spread.     The rooms are big with nice big terrasses and great views to the mountains, lake and swimming pool. The hotel feels like a spa hotel with the excellent swimming pool (but without any treatments offered). The location is perfect - close to the lake and you can walk/ run by the lake. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Locarno city. The rooms are expensive but nevertheless we would like to return for a couple of days at a later time point because it is high quality and excellent staff.

    The staff was really nice,and welcome pack was such a sweet touch. The hotel itself is an old building but very well maintained and clean. You have everything you need including swimming pool, lake is in 3 minutes away as well as a train station.

Cook to order eggs available. Lakefront location with outdoor swimming pool, restaurant terrace and playground. Wonderful view of the sunrise over the lake from the lake view room with balcony. Quiet, comfortable and a short walk to the Piazza. Super friendly and helpful staff. We will return again!
