Our stay at casona el Refugio was fantastic! The property is a small ~10 room b&b. It felt very quaint and quiet with a beautiful pool. Marcos and staff were amazing, providing great insight into the wines and beers of the Casablanca valley. We had a great dinner at the property (they offer one meal a night) with wines paired by Marcos and it was one of our favorite meals of our trip. Great central location for going wine tasting in the Casablanca valley.

We enjoyed everything about this place! It is a clean, safe property with lovely grounds and pool area with mountain views. The cabanas are spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast of breads, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice and more delivered to our patio while we listened to the birds and horses. The outdoor hot tub was the perfect spot for stargazing and watching satellites. Mostly, Carla, Olivares and Pablo made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Carla even reserved a tasting and lunch at a local winery for us. It was our favorite experience during our entire stay in Chile.
