I arrive via the high speed rail from Hong Kong to Guangzhou East station (aka - Guangzhoudong). It was only a short taxi ride to the hotel. Amazing location near many shopping malls, food, coffee in walking distance. The room was large and looks newly renovated. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely would comeback.

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.

    The location is great, you can go out in the evening and buzz around the parks around here. Lots of stores and restaurants. Courteous staff who support English, which is not so common here. Clean and luxurious for reasonable money. Breakfast is varied. Indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, hammam, spa, gyms. Everything you could dream of is available. We had a wonderful week and will return next time only here.

    Very great breakfasts, very nice service, location ok but quite far from the main attractions of Foshan. Very nice swimming pool, remember to bring a swimming cap (if necessary, you can buy it at the hotel, but then it is very expensive)

    Spacious rooms, newly renovated and clean. We got the family room for children and they provide children’s amenities and also a playground for children right outside the room.     Staff are polite and with very fast response to our request. Can recognize us and remember our room no. For the exercise facilities, as it is share using adjacent fitness centre's facilities, the gym room is consider large and with nearly 20 different equipments. Has both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Sizes are also not small. Hotel location is just next to the river, hotel information pamphlet also suggest different jogging routes along the river sides.

    The hotel room is very spacious and there is a kitchen but there was no pan, upon request. The swimming pool is indoor covered while the Sun beds are outdoor, I like this setup a lot as it was really humid and hot.
