The hospitality by the people there was amazing, I went to the wrong hotel and they picked me up from there, Ming was very helpful, very generous, very supportive, he kept helping me in every step I do in Zhangjiajie park, felt like home really and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pandora Vista Retreat! The location is absolutely amazing — perfect for anyone looking to explore the breathtaking Avatar Mountains. The views are stunning and it’s close to many key attractions in the area. A special thank you to Tifiny and her colleague, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they helped us with transportation, entrance tickets, and gave us great guidance on visiting the scenic spots. Their hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie and the Avatar Mountain area!

We had a really amazing stay at Whispering Mountains, all thanks to Lucas for making our stay so memorable and taking good care of our itinerary. He really helped us through the stay by suggesting best picks and routes for the National parks and arranging tickets. The food served is really good too. Rooms are clean and has an amazing view to the mountains. Overall I would totally recommend this place as it's quiet and peaceful and the highlight of this hotel is totally it's staff and specially Lucas. Thanking Lucas one last time for ensuring we have a great and memorable trip in Zhangjiajie.

Its perfect boutique hotel if you’re looking for top notch tranquility & hospitality of rural china. *Location: very quite, with the most amazing mountain views. *Food: sooo delicious, an authentic chinese food, even better than we had in big hotel. *Service & hospitality: More than 5 stars! Frankie & the team is super amazing. They will patiently give you all the tips to visit the region. No need to hire guide in viator, or other platforms. They will help to book the ticket, plan your day, and plus with complementary shuttle that will bring & pick you up to national park, as you want and for free!! Having stayed at luxury hotels worldwide, this hidden gem stands out. The infinity pool mirrors the Avatar floating mountains - pure magic! Where else can you sip espresso at 7am and be inside Wulingyuan by 7:05 (thanks to golf cart efficiency)? Staff anticipated needs: refilled my water during breakfast before I asked, and rearranged my itinerary for optimal photo lighting. That FREE shuttle saved $100+ in taxi fares. ​Pro Tip:​​ Order the ginger honey tea after hiking!

It’s located just inside the west gate of the park, which means that in addition to it being very beautiful and convenient, it also allows those who stay to travel through the park in a direction opposite most other park visitors, slashing wait times for attractions. At the end of a long day in Tianmanshan or ZJJ, it was great to come back to a pool and a delicious home cooked meal. Cannot recommend this place enough!
