The breakfast was diverse and generous—eggs, meat, drink of your choice plus juices, breads/jams/honey/Nutella, fresh fruit, sliced meats/cheeses. Hostess was friendly, accommodating; room and bath were spacious. Shower particularly nice. Outside Bayreuth 30 minutes but easy to find and a great value, though cash only.

This is my fourth stay in this hotel, and it's an excellent hotel and restaurant for the money spent.

This is a very quaint hotel in a small sleepy Bavarian countryside village. I loved the woodwork around the entire hotel and how 'homey' the place felt. The onsite restaurant had excellent food, perfect German beer, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. The room was incredibly comfortable, again with excellent woodworking trim. Highly recommended.

Such a picturesque location next to a river and beautiful park. Small but very comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Best breakfast!
