After a long intercontinental flight we were greeted on arrival by the shuttle driver with a sign with our name on it. We stayed for one night and were happy to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The diner was good, the breakfast with waffles baked on demand was excellent. Very friendly staff, a great way to start our Ecuadorian adventure!

Only 8 mins from the Airport with a free shuttle. Santiago one of the Managers was amazing, he organized a private taxi/guide called Dario to take us into Quito old town to stay with us while we visited some tourist sites. and then waited while we had a meal at PIMMS (also to be recommended) We were 3 ladies staying in a 2 person suite, (for an additional fee). The sofa bed was comfortable, and the suite had 2 bathrooms. Dario the guide was so good we hired him for a second trip. Fab breakfast, good bartender. Santiago was most attentive, and made us feel very safe and cared for. The service was exemplary at this Hotel, we considered staying at a more expensive hotel in the old town, but the convenience to the airport and the ability to book a car and driver made this a much better choice.

Great breakfast (and made us a to-go snack goodie bag when we left for a flight before breakfast), easy airport transfers, pretty property. Was a repeat guest and would return again when I need lodging near the airport.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was cheap and fast, they waited for us an hour after our flight was supposed to arrive. Room was comfortable and clean. Had a nice dinner delivered to our room.

The grounds were outstanding! The rooms were gorgeous. It felt like we were out in the country! 1/2 hour from the airport. Well worth it!
