The view over the beach is great. We have seen wonderful sunsets from the 12th floor. Joanna is a great hoast, the apartment, even though is not very big, is well equipped, the bed is very comfy, you have everything you need if you want to cook, the bathroom is nice and clean. We stayed 6 nights there and if we come back to the south of Tenerife, we will chose this apartment again. The apartment meets the expectations from the pictures and description, nothing misleading. Thank you, Joanna.

Our room price to guality was very reasonable! Sea view, we'll designed 35 m2 room, no traffic noise, you could hear waves of sea, you catched sun on late afternoon and walking routes were beautiful. We come back some year very likely😃!

Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

Our stay was everything we expected and more, the rooms were contemporary, comfortable and beautifully designed, with access straight to the pool. Staff were attentive and friendly making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had only just opened but any small hiccups were sorted immediately. Well worth a visit.

Nice balcony with mountains and ocean view. Decent swimming pool and 2 minutes from the beautiful beach, many restaurant options around. Would come again! 👍

    Airconditioning (in all bedrooms and livingroom). Location. Facilities (coffee maker, oven, 4 burners (unfortunately we were not able to use all of them together) , toaster etc) Spacious apartment(s). Two terraces. Swimming pool and bar. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Special thanks to the hosts (Miriam and Maman) for being so flexible (many thanks to Irene from an other apartment (one we had cancelled, but the cancellation was not properly received) for having us stay there until the right apartment was free.

    The host was very polite and helpful. The apartment is located a bit off the beaten path on Costa Adeje, but it is a great base for rest and exploring Tenerife. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the heated outdoor swimming pool with a temperature of 28C. Very close to the shopping center.

    The appartment is large and pleasant. The location depends on your needs, close to restaurants, bus stop, shopping center. Major problem is parking space, none is available most of the time, have to wait for someone to leave a space. In te app. there is no dishwasher, hence the many some pots and pans are greasy. All manuals for microwave etc are only in Spanish. There is no manual for the TV. The swimming pool is great. Over all we had a very good holiday.

    The property is surprisingly well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, 2 bathrooms, etc.), making it comfortable for longer stays. There're private swimming pools near the building, one of them is heated, the kids loved it. Everything is within reach by car (shops and wide variety of restaurants in Adeje, or hiking trails), but you can find them locally as well by walking.

    House is in prime location in Playa Paraiso ,1 min from shopping centre,5 min from shore/beach walk.. Swimming pool is heated and is really clean and got saltwater in.Our kids were there whole day.. House is very clean and got everything you need from full kitchen equipment ,strong wifi etc. Jacqueline is a nice host!

    Very nice hosts have a little dog "Baron", who welcomes all guests. We had a spacious apartment with useful equipment. The indoor facility is a swimming pool where you can relax before a larger trip. The facility is well connected, has a shopping center nearby, and discount stores where you can make current purchases.
