EVERYTHING! There was actually nothing to hate about the stay. The people, the location, the room, the food, the activities, everything was beyond expectations. We went for above moderate level of accommodation and we got exactly that and more. The pool was beautiful, everything was looked after exceptionally well. The food was fresh and well cooked. The staff looked after you at meal times. You always felt welcome as Fijians always make you feel. The Spa was lovely. The island was well manicured and managed. The room was cleaned daily and was a great bed to sleep in. The activities organized daily by the staff were great and varied. Beautiful place to stay. Would go back in a flash.

The beach bungalows were very nice and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You definitely have to go out in a boat for snorkeling, there is no good snorkeling near the resort. The swimming pools were great.

We had the best stay at Serenity. A beautiful island surrounded by sparkling clear blue water, accommodation right on the beach (with your own little section with a hammock and chairs), and some of the best snorkeling I've ever done right outside the room. Lots of activities in the area that you can book to go on, or spend hours lounging around by the pool or on the sheltered beach beds with a book. Food was good - we ordered a la carte instead of getting full board. There's a great live band that plays each night, and the staff sing each night as well. My favourite thing about Serenity is definitely the exceptionally lovely and attentive staff. They are genuinely warm and welcoming, and a lot of fun as well. There is a relaxed and joyful vibe here that is hard to beat. I will definitely be back here in the future.

The rooms were spacious, with a large outdoor bathroom and the plunge pool was great. The day trips offered out to the sandbar and to the private island with picnic and drinks included were a great surprise. The staff were lovely with a couple that stood out in particular, Asa, the awesome bar tender and organiser as well as Rocky, the tour guide.

The little hut was super cute and we loved the outdoor shower. Also loved the adult only pool and view from there and snorkelling and kayaking on the beach.

Staff were very attentive, facilities and room were always clean. The in-room cosmetics were lovely and the loved the outdoor shower. The beach bungalow felt nicely secluded even though it was close to the pools. The teppenyaki restaurant was a stand out, the free restaurants had a good variety of cuisines & themed nights. On the whole the food was good, the water sports equipment was very good quality - nice clear masks for diving/snorkelling, all very clean and the activities were well organised.

the beaches are beautiful. we stayed for 15 days and yes the accomodation isn’t what we are used to (Hawaii resorts) but that was kind of the charm and helped us really relax. snorkelling, kayaking, swimming - great. 2 beaches so you can hide from the wind if needed. you can find spots on the beach with no one around you. outdoor showers are great.
