The hotel is very kid-friendly and cozy, with a British-style breakfast that meets expectations. The staff are supportive and attentive, always trying to make the stay enjoyable. Thanks to Vicky and her team. Some furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, and while the rooms are kept very clean, they feel more like three-star quality. The hotel views are amazing—our room overlooked the zoo, with giraffes and zebras right outside! Kids had a blast participating in the treasure hunt. Overall, it was a fun and memorable stay, and we will definitely come again.

The Sunday Box Hill Burford Bridge Hotel is located in one of the most picturesque parts of Surrey and has a restaurant, an outdoor heated pool and a croquet lawn.

not so far from London but also near the main shopping street in Sutton’s. Nice neighborhood. wonderful stuff. They did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had many very pleasant interactions with the maids, restaurant, staff, and reception staff. It was probably the best hotel stuff I’ve ever encountered.

Beautiful hotel, everything is new, room was lovely with everything we needed. Everything was clean and on point, staff was lovely, very professional and helpful; especially Kevin who personalized our stay and went above and beyond. Location is great, in a clean safe area short walking distance from a few restaurants and pubs but also near the subway to the centre.
