Lovely hotel catering well for families. We loved using the pool and kids room. Staff very helpful and friendly. This was an excellent base for visiting Paultons. Beds were comfy and room clean other than some small dirt around bath. The rest of the hotel was beautiful.

    Lovely spacious clean room with view of harbour. Very helpful reception and concierge staff. Close to old town and restaurants. We had booked into a spa day which was excellent. Nice swimming pool and hot tub.

    We loved our short stay facilities were excellent, beautiful swimming pool, sauna steam room hot tub. Lovely sandwiches when we arrived plus we ate in restaurant, food was fantastic and not over priced. We had a great couple of days exploring Southampton, Titanic exhibition was great plus Solent Sky about the flying boats and the super marine Spitfire. Hotel is very central and a great place to stay.

    Staff were always friendly and helpful to us and it was impressive to see how well they worked with each other. Plenty of sitting space indoors and the grounds were very lovely. Swimming pool and jacuzzi a bonus! Alex Mc…. was exceptionally helpful with a car parking hiccup …..and was good to chat to!
