Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

    It was a wonderful stay.We extended for one night more as we liked it. All the staff were very kind and cooperative, mainly Mamuka in the front desk and Zuka in the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with a magic view on the sea. Nice swimming pool and delicious food in the restaurant. Hopefully we can come back for another stay there.

    The hotel has a nice swimming pool with the paddling area. Breakfast is tasty with selection of fresh and dried fruits. Staff were attentive and very helpful. I was allowed to check in well ahead of time with no extra charges. When travelling with family make sure you get the room facing backyard. Sea shore close by.

    It is a very clean hotel, which is very important for me so they checked all the boxes, great location, one minute walk to the beach and plus there is a fairly sized open swimming pool. The breakfast was pretty decent, nice selection of vegetarian food. Most importantly it’s a pet friendly place with amazing hosts. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

    We had a great time at this beautiful hotel. It is a true gem of the Georgian riviera! Multiple swimming pools, the beach and the wonderful spa. I would recommend to anyone taking the Ayurvedic massages at the spa. They were fabulous!
