His attention to detail, thoughtful gestures, and genuine care elevated our entire experience. It was clear Michalis didn’t just run the hotel, but set the tone for the entire team. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. What struck me most was the consistency of the service—every staff member reflected the same warmth and hospitality, which speaks volumes about the leadership here. It wasn’t just a stay, it was a truly memorable experience that left us feeling looked after, appreciated, and even a little spoiled. If you’re looking for a place where hospitality is more than a word—where you’re welcomed as a valued guest and leave as a friend—this is the hotel to choose. Sunset Naoussa is a family-owned hotel, perfectly located just a 5-minute walk from all the great restaurants in Naoussa. The apartment was spacious and clean, just like in the pictures. The owners, Sarah and Matías, are wonderful people—truly dedicated to their guests' comfort—and they make you feel at home. The pool and the surrounding olive trees create a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Accommodation was great... Very. modern beautiful rooms... Breakfast was outstanding and very diverse. Attention to detail of Mina and her family was excellent. Her morning recommendations at breakfast very helpful. Her extras to her clients(special wine, snacks, capers etc) made this a home away from home. Location in the center of Naoussa. I can carry on and on about how awesome this place is.

I was blown away by this hotel. The views of the sea are astonishing. Whether I was on the pool level where the views were spectacular, with an almost unhindered 360 view of magnificent sunsets or having dinner on the level above, the sunsets overlooking the sea were again unsurpassed. I loved the bedroom, shower and the magnificent swimming pools not to mention the design and decor in my room.

The place is aesthetically beautiful - the decor makes for a very relaxing experience. The staff are some of the best we've ever met. Very attentive - there's always someone around to help with anything but also really polite and happy, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast had plenty of options and the foods very good. The pool area is gorgeous, they play relaxed music all day and the pool is clean and refreshing! We enjoyed a visit to one of their sister hotels (Bohemian) for a massage - highly recommend!!!

Beautiful location and Villa, the pictures don’t do it justice! Eco friendly house, amazing view, very clean, fully accessorized including the kitchen and laundry machine. The kids loved the pool! We would love to come again for a longer stay. Be sure to rent a car, the Villa is secluded on a mountain, must have a car to go to Lefkes or anywhere else.
