Pick up and drop off to airport included was really easy.. only 20 min drive.We arrived at midnight and the guy who picked us up made a detour so we could stop at a shop! Good quality hire car as well that are at the hotel waiting for you and easy hand over. We stayed in one of the suites that has it's own pool which are a 2 min walk from the main hotel. Lots of privacy so my wife enjoyed lots of topless sunbathing! Awesome view over the little cove where you can swim and is good for snorkeling. The room itself was brilliantly clean and modern. Housekeeping turned up every day to tidy The main pool is really large and clean and all surrounding areas are really nice and well kept. Breakfast was good with something for everyone and served from 8 till 10. We preferred lunch to dinner as it was more to our taste although both lunch and dinner were both really well priced so it's not expensive to stay in. Location wise you have great beaches near by, the main 2 approx a 5 min drive away. A couple of little shops around the corner a 2 min drive away that have everything you really need and they do absolutely banging coffee about a third of the price of Starbucks! There's a supermarket about a 10 min drive and probably another 15 min from there is Chania Old Town which is very pretty. We have been to this part of Crete a few times now and this was by far our best experience and will 100% be coming back here. It's not the cheapest place to stay but you get what you pay for and if you want a luxury relaxing break with zero to worry about don't go anywhere else

The hotel is excellent with a clean pool and a very nice view of the sea. Friendly staff, happy to help with any questions one might have and suggestions for activities or restaurants and cafes around the area or further. Stayed for seven nights and enjoyed a quiet hotel, exactly what we were looking for. Renting a car is a good option, however there is a bus stop close by. We had no breakfast included, but there is a kitchenette with everything one might need (coffee filter, sandwich maker, water boiler, some pots and pans, fridge, etc.).

New and clean. Great location to beach and market. The pool and patio were perfect! Beds were comfortable and showers were hot and had great water pressure. Short drive to Chania. Gated property with covered parking was a nice extra.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big thank you specifically to Chris, Vaso and Evi for their warm welcome, their generosity and their help in planning our visit of the island. The breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous. We very much appreciated enjoying our breakfast in our room or next to our private pool with a wonderful view of the port and the old town. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were also touched by the champagne bottle and the massage session that were offered to us by the hotel as a honeymoon gift. We also wanted to thank Maria Manaroli for the wonderful massage and for her professionalism. In a nutshell, our stay couldn't have been any better and we would surely come back on our next visit of Chania.

The staff were super kind and helpful. It was a last minute trip for me and my husband and they were so kind to help us get last minute reservations at restaurants and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The room was exactly as displayed in the pictures and brand new hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent.

Property was new construction, very clean, and well equipped. I felt extremely safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a washing machine and also laundry detergent. The view of the sea from the balcony was awesome. Enjoyed being close to small town so I could walk to local restaurants to savor the local cuisine. Close to bus route 18 if you wanted to visit port of Chania. Owner was very accommodating and when my return trip became delayed, he was very helpful in assisting me to secure lodging. I definitely plan to come back to Crete and stay at the Heliades Property.

Melanie and her Husband were really nice and the place looked great! The garden was cute and we had a lot of space there. The outdoor shower was very romantic. We also saw shooting stars one night lying on the outdoor couch. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely visit again if we come back to crete.
