What I loved; The quiet and seclusion, really good restaurant, very attentive staff, pretty pool, beautiful view, plenty of space, comfy bed, nice equipped kitchen, cool open air shower, very clean, blackout shades, tv with American channels, near the airport and Mall, it was absolutely great.

I stayed here at the end of January on my way to the airport. Great, safe location , and a perfect place to stay for a night. I would highly recommend. Fast pick up / drop off from the ferry / airport.

As a travel agent I go to a lot of locations to assess the properties to suggest to my clients. The Seagrape is definitely on my list of recommendations in Roatan! The room was extremely clean and comfortable! We were literally within walking distance of all the clubs and restaurants. The beach and grocery store was right there too. The area is safe to walk in at night. The Lands End restaurant is right there if you want dinner and the chicken wings were so good as well as the drinks. There’s a fridge in the room.

    This boutique hotel was absolutely fantastic. Tracy and Dustin are exceptional hosts - they met us at the airport, provided a delicious breakfast, and took us to a wonderful animal park in our spare time. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is an absolute dream and the bed was very comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

    Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and views were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. Dustin and Tracy are wonderful host, I highly recommend staying here.
