Very helpful and kind staff, the spa is really nice. Not to miss the breakfast was varied with consideration for dietary requirements. The rooms were very tastefully done and the bathroom is quite spacious. The location is within a short walking distance (max 1Km) from the center and also bacvice beach. We like to walk so we didn't mind

brand new boutique hotel. everything is clean and lovely. the staff are warm and inviting. chef in the restaurant makes amazing food. would stay here again! rooms are large with large balconies. bed is super comfortable. bathroom is clean and shower if great. but mostly loved the staff they were just so friendly.

The apartment is really superb. Modern, very clean, very comfortable. The street in front is very quiet (and the whole area around it). It is one block from the beach, and 1km from the main tourist promenade, so it is almost perfectly located. It is also easy to reach by car, although one has to park in the street. The bathroom has under-floor heating, and all the appliances are brand-new. Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. The layout is good, with a nice big eating/working/kitchen platform. Even a wine fridge is included! Communication with the host over Whatsapp was excellent, and someone was at the apartment to welcome us. Two bottles of wine in the fridge for a welcome gift - very nice. It is really difficult to find any fault with this place - our stay was really excellent.

Great location, very quiet area. Twenty minutes from city centre walking, ten minutes from the beach. Good sized pool, and pool area, loads of parasols to protect you from the heat. Plenty of deck chairs to provide a nice communal area where we could gather. We had booked all 7 available rooms. Every room was well equipped, cutlery crockery, stoves, microwaves, kettles. Comfortable beds, sofa beds just in case All clean, tidy and well organized. Balcony's too. Shops with in walking distance. Host couldn't be more accommodating, any issue was quick and keen to sort out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in beautiful split away from the hustle and bustle of the booming centre.

    Good value for money, especially considering the facilities. Swimming pool and hot tub were great to have. The host left us some drinks and food at arrival which was really nice of them. Location was fine, outside of the busy area of split. There were supermarkets and bakeries nearby which is nice to have.

    The appartment had two balconies - so you can enjoy sun all day. One of the balconies had view to the sea. Free parking near the house. Although we did not have time to use it, the outdoor swimming pool looked nice.

    Amazing position, direct access to the beach and near bars and restaurants. Lovely outdoor space, fully equipped villa (big bbq, ice maker, comfortable couches, swimming pool, stunning view). Carlo is a super host very helpful if you are looking to book a table or if you want to enjoy a boat experience. Huge recommended.

    The apartment was better than the photos. Very spacious and smart and the pool area was lovely. The swimming pool was a decent size and the terrace was spacious and well furnished. There was a barbecue kitchen so we had a barbecue 2 nights on the large outdoor dining table. The kitchen was well equipped and we had breakfast and lunch at home every day. It was a very short walk into the centre of Split so it was very convenient to go out in the evening or take boat trips from the port which we did.

    Lovely big room, very clean and with everything required. Nice to have a fridge. Our daughter enjoyed the swimming pool, but I would have preferred to have it a bit warmer. Hot tub on the roof terrace nice extra. Good location, took about 30 minutes to walk into centre of Split. Plenty of parking on the street

    I loved the room with sea view. Room was spotless clean, had very effective airconditioning and bathroom with easy accessible shower. Bed was big and mattress firm. Breakfast was delicious. Spa area was peaceful and we enjoyed 2 kind of saunas and saltroom. There were nice showers with color and dofts. Heated swimming pool was big enough for swimming and there was also pool outdoors. Staff was polite and nice. Hotel offered a garage parking but there was also free public parking area in front of the hotel.
