The property is phenomenal, rooms are great, the staff is fantastic, the area immediately around the hotel is lovely. The hotel was great about arranging taxies for us whenever we asked. We enjoyed the 2 outdoor pools and the new pool and jacuzzi that is in the new building with a great gym on the 4th floor (mostly indoors, but has an open wall on one side, so you get a breeze, unobstructed view, etc. We traveled with the kids (ages 7 and 9) and my parents and had a great time. Oh, and the food was delicious!!!

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

It was an exceptional warmth, smile, polite, friendly, courteous all the staff, with our maximum interactions with front office staff. The location in the south Jakarta is great with Metro line just across the road and the biggest mall of the area is part of this hotel. The food was very exceptional. Room was a really good size and well laid out. The staff were especially helpful - my wife had a fairly dramatic visit to her dentist and the staff made a special soup for breakfast both days afterwards. We will go back for sure.

The room is so quiet, hardly hear any noise from the outside. The bed & pillow is so comfy. I requested an anniversary decoration, without really expecting they'll do it. But when I entered the room, I was so delighted! They really did add some decorations, and also gave us cake & snacks. Thanks Sutasoma!

I really Enjoy Staying at aloft hotels 3D2N & really pleasant. This hotel is considered new (roughly 2 years based on Aunt LiLy GM at this hotel). Of course there is some room for the improvement like the maintenance of the room(wallpaper near window is spoiled little bit), the room smells musty, and last but not least, lack of soundproof little bit (i stay in room 919). The location of the hotel to find many dishes in south jakarta is considered good. The comfort of their pillow and their bed is superb and the water pressure is really good. The restaurant during our breakfast is superb and I love the original foods from Indonesian Chinese like kwetiau ala tumeric?is delicious.
